1. Bulk Data Management

Manage all workspace conversations in one place. Search, filter, and perform bulk operations like archive, export, delete, or move to another workspace.

Control and organize all conversation data for your workspace in Settings > Workspace Data Management. View every chat in your workspace in a searchable table with checkboxes for bulk selection. Search by conversation title, filter by status, and select multiple chats at once to perform bulk operations.

Bulk actions include archive/unarchive selected conversations, export selected chats as JSON files, move conversations to different workspaces, or permanently delete multiple chats. All operations happen at the workspace level—when you manage data here, you're working with conversations shared across all team members in the workspace.

Permissions control what you can manage: Members can only manage conversations they created, while Owners and Admins can manage all conversations in the workspace. The table shows conversation details including title, message count, creation date, last activity, and archive status. Pagination controls help you navigate large conversation lists. Perfect for workspace administrators performing cleanup, organizing historical data, or migrating conversations between workspaces.

2. Data Export

Download all your conversations and messages as JSON files. Complete data ownership with backup and portability options.

Own your data with full export capabilities in Settings > History & Sync. Export all conversations at once or individual chats as JSON files with complete message history, timestamps, and metadata.

Data Export actions happen at the workspace level—if you have multiple workspaces, you need to export from each workspace separately to get all your data.

3. Archive

Keep your chat list focused by archiving conversations you don't need active. Archived chats remain searchable and can be restored anytime.

Archive conversations you want to keep but don't need in your active list. Right-click any chat and select Archive to move it out of your main view while keeping all messages and history intact. Archived conversations remain fully searchable, so you can still find important information.

Browse all archived chats in a dedicated view where you can search, restore individual conversations back to your active list, or permanently delete them. Bulk archive multiple conversations at once using multi-select. Pinned chats are automatically unpinned when archived to keep your workspace organized.

Archive actions happen at the workspace level—when you archive a conversation in a shared workspace, it's archived for all team members.
