Invite team members to workspaces and manage their roles. Generate shareable invite links, change permissions, and control workspace access.

Member Management lets you invite team members to shared workspaces and control their access. Open the workspace settings and navigate to the Members tab to see all workspace members and invite new ones.

Invite members by generating shareable invite links. Click the "Invite" button to create a link with configurable expiration options: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or never expire. Copy the link to your clipboard or use the share function to send it to teammates. Recipients click the link to join the workspace as members.

Manage member roles from the Members tab with a comprehensive role management system. Owners can promote members to Admin (requires Pro subscription), transfer workspace ownership to admins, or remove members. Admins can manage members and settings but cannot modify owner or other admins' roles. Admins can demote themselves to members. Ownership transfers require typing "TRANSFER" as confirmation—you will become an Admin while the new owner gains full control including billing and workspace deletion. Members can create and manage their own conversations but have no workspace management capabilities.
