[UX/UI] Expect to switch workspaces when clicking the arrows beside the workspace name

“It would be convenient for me to switch workspaces from the top — it’s a pattern I see in Notion and other apps.”

As a user,
I want to be able to switch between workspaces directly from the top menu,
so that I can quickly navigate across workspaces in a familiar and intuitive way — similar to patterns used in Notion and other productivity tools.
