[Feature] Implement channels within shared workspaces

As a user, I want Slack-style channels with AI integration, so that my team can collaborate naturally while having AI available as a participant.

As a team member, I want to have persistent channels in shared workspaces, so that we can have ongoing team discussions with AI assistance through @mentions.
