Bulk Management

Select multiple conversations for bulk operations - archive, delete, move, or export with just a few clicks.

Bulk Management lets you select multiple conversations in your sidebar using checkboxes. Click the checkbox next to any conversation to enter multi-select mode, then select additional conversations by clicking their checkboxes. Action buttons appear at the bottom of the sidebar (over the workspace panel) for archive, delete, move to folder, or export operations. Use this when you need to clean up or organize multiple conversations at once instead of handling them one by one.

The bulk action panel appears automatically when you select conversations. Choose from available actions: archive selected conversations to clean up your sidebar, delete multiple chats permanently, or move them all to a specific folder. The panel shows how many conversations you have selected, making it easy to confirm your selection before taking action.

Bulk operations save significant time when maintaining your workspace. Instead of right-clicking and managing conversations individually, select dozens of chats with a few clicks and perform operations on all of them at once. Perfect for periodic cleanup or reorganizing after project completion.
